I've personally struggled with back issues for a long time, having been hit by a car in my childhood, so I've specialized in back massages. Having received countless massages myself, I know exactly where to massage.

I employ soft tissue techniques derived from osteopathy (craniosacral therapy), along with deep tissue, Swedish massage, and Chinese massage techniques, for maximum effectiveness.

I've attended various schools in France and abroad, including in Thailand, Africa, and South America. Over time, I've developed my style and specialized in back care.

I take a scientific approach to massage, having studied anatomy and taken numerous private lessons with osteopaths to thoroughly understand joint mechanics and how the body functions.

To complement my scientific approach to anatomy, I attended several acupuncture schools to gain a different perspective and additional therapeutic tools. Altogether, this amounts to 5 years of study in the field.

I have worked as sport masseus in renowned places along the French Riviera and in Monaco.

At the Four Seasons, the Grand Hotel in Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, and the Métropole in Monaco, where I was a senior therapist and received an award (Outstanding LQA) for the quality of my massages. And also in the Hyatt regency and Negresco in Nice.

I was a member of a study group on integrative medicine organized by the Brazilian Ministry of Health.

In Brazil, I learned about apitherapy, treatments using bees and hive products, an alternative medicine recognized by the Brazilian gouvernement.
